1. Move successful.
2. All boxes emptied.
3. Market - 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
4. My Mom's 80th Birthday June 2.
5. Sells at my Etsy Shop have come to a halt.

Maybe I'll do a Saturday Six .....

So.
I moved.
Two hours away.
And I like it.
Really.

The Move In took place on Saturday.
So many boxes, and furniture, and stuff
you couldn't turn around or walk.

Today?
It's all unpacked and (for the most part) in it's place.

Just got back from Aldi - or as we say in the South? ... Aldi's.

Hope it's enough.

Oh Man is it hot ....

Yep.
Because Friday I was at a Craft Sale with a Friend ....
And Saturday was Sara's Birthday, and MY BirthING Day,
and I signed a lease on an apartment nearly in the NEXT State!
(But not quite )
And Sunday was a FABULOUS Mother's Day!!!
And my girls took me to see SPIDER MAN - totally AWESOME!!!

So. I KNOW that today is MONDAY!
Yes.

And because I AM NOT A QUILTER!!!!   
But, I DO L.O.V.E. my MAMA!!!
I made this quilt type thing - to honor the passing
of her little Black Pekinese Dog - INKY - out of
all the neckerchiefs Mama saved from every grooming
Inky had in sixteen years of being loved!

So maybe it really IS Monday and just maybe I'll get Monday's work
done and look forward to a full day on Tuesday!

BTW ... Judy? I know you're reading this. So, just so you know?
I LOVE YOU - and hope your Mother's Day was FABULOUS!
And thank you for being my FRIEND! ((((((( ))))))))

Too many days pass in just a 24 hour period.

So much to think about.

Make.
Do.

And yet I continue to hear this Sweet Whisper

I'm moving.
I don't have a big dog.
Or a job.
I need to pack a suitcase.
With my toothbrush.
And multiple knitting projects.
I broke my rosewood double pointed knitting needle.
And of all the things that happened today?
THAT is what made me cry.

Maybe I should stop now.

and you are not AT home?
You don't get much work done.

Today?
I had to leave home. For the entire day.
HOWEVER ....
Since being home?
I've been very productive.
Sewing - Sock Knitting Bags - from recycled sweaters!

At the moment?
I'm a bit annoyed with myself.
I sewed the last bag.
The coolest bag together wrong.
If I rip it out? It really messes up the bag.

I think I will sell it as is?
But, just give the buyer a discount.
To the 'untrained' eye? It's probably not really
that noticable.

Did you know Shirley Temple starred in the
Movie "Sea Biscuit" back in the (I guess it was) '40's?
I'm 'watching' it while I sew.

That might explain the boo boo.

Oh well. Good thing I'm not much of a perfectionist.

Then on the other hand?
Maybe I'll go read ....
